Our Fellowship
Founded in January 25, 1993 by Pastor Joseph A. Sottile, one of Powered by Christ Church's foundation scriptures is Haggai 2:9 "The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘and in this place I will give peace,’ declares the Lord of hosts.” It will be a House of Refuge. We believe that everything you need is found in the House of God, that every need will be met when you enter through our doors. It is our prayer that everyone who comes will never be the same. Even though God uses human vessels, it is Jesus who we are to focus on and seek. Jesus is Lord. Come experience Him!

We moved in to our present facility on January 25, 1998. After 5 years in Flushing, Queens, the Lord blessed us with our own building in our present location in Massapequa, Long Island, New York, where we come together to praise and worship our soon coming King, the Lord Jesus Christ. At Powered By Christ Church you are challenged to mature spiritually in the ways of the Lord and fulfill your upward calling of God in Christ Jesus. The Word is preached in the power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit. We invite you to come and be a part of what God is doing at Powered By Christ Church.
